How does warehousing work?

Profile Apparel has a warehouse system where we store large volumes of uniforms for each school which are all fully customized and logo'd. We've turned high quality customized items into ready to go off-the-shelf products.

Normally when you go to order from your supplier it can take anywhere from 3 weeks month to 3 months to arrive, depending on the level of customization. With our system you'll get your finished product within 1 to 7 days because the logo'd customized stock is already sitting in the Profile Apparel warehouse.

Even though your stock is sitting in my warehouse, you'll only be invoiced for products upon receiving it

There's no warehouse fee for any of the agreements with Profile Apparel.

What are the benefits of an exclusive supply agreements?

With an exclusive supply agreement, we provide you with all your uniform needs— which allows us to streamline all the different products. This means your hats, jackets, shirts, and pants come out with the same colour, and have a consistent look.

Under this contract, we provide you with the goods, and you remain in charge of the selling and shop.

What are the benefits of uniform shop management agreement?

A uniform shop management agreement is similar to an exclusive supply agreement, but we also take over the burden of running the school uniform shop. Be it a traditional onsite bricks and mortar store, an online store or a mix of both.

• All the benefits of an exclusive supply agreement, and without the burden of running a shop
• We take over the shop (we employ locals), we pay for current stock, we pay you out a % of annual sales
• There's no risk, no management or micromanagement of the shop, so you can concentrate on what you do best: teaching our kids
• Despite running the shop, there is a continued liaison with the principal and school, keeping you as involved as you want to be (it's still a team project, but the burden of sales is fully outsourced)
• Your pricing remains consistent for the duration of the agreement
• Warehousing is included

How does stockholding work?

Profile Apparel can provide schools with a stock holding solution to ensure that there is additional top-up stock. This service is available to customers who purchase the majority of their school uniforms from Profile Apparel. Stock levels and holding duration are to negotiated on an individual customer basis. Will there be an increase in costs yearly?

At Profile Apparel we offer fixed cost for the duration of your agreement, so you can enjoy the same quality and service without worrying about yearly inflation.

What POS do you use?

We have had great success using both VendHQ point of sales for our online shop. Vend is an easy, efficient, and powerful system that allows us to keep track of inventory, payments, and access a wide range of reporting and other insights.
